Acceptance of Terms
By browsing our website, submitting a design, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend not proceeding with an order until your concerns are resolved with us directly.
Order Submission and Design Approval
Every order at Gprints begins with a design submitted by the customer. To keep the printing process accurate and consistent, all designs must be submitted in PDF or JPG format only. We do not accept designs in other file types for final print approval, since these formats allow us to check colour, layout, and sizing reliably before production.
Once a design is submitted, our team reviews it to confirm that it fits correctly within the specific print size the customer has selected. This step exists to catch sizing mismatches before they become printing errors, since a design that looks correct on screen does not always translate directly to a physical print size.
If we find that the image does not fit the selected size properly, we will not proceed with printing automatically. Instead, our team will reach out to the customer directly to explain the issue and get clear confirmation on how to proceed. Printing will only begin once this has been resolved and approved by the customer. If no such sizing issue is found during our review, the order moves directly to production without needing further confirmation from the customer.
All design files must be submitted in CMYK format, since this is the colour format used in the actual printing process, and files submitted in other colour formats such as RGB may print with noticeably different colours than what appears on a screen. For print types that involve Spot UV or foiling, Gprints provides the customer with reference or sample images ahead of time, so there is a clear expectation of how the finished product will look and feel before production begins.
Production and Printing Errors
Once an order has been confirmed and moved into the print stage, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned, regardless of the reason. This is because the printing process for personalized and customized work begins immediately upon confirmation, and materials are committed to that specific job at that point.
That said, we take responsibility for our own mistakes. If a printing error is found to have occurred on Gprints' end then that printing mistake will be checked, and on finding it, the order will be reprinted and dispatched. Turnaround time is 2 to 3 hours in case of any query.
Customer Responsibility
By approving a design for print, the customer confirms that all content within it, including spelling, names, dates, contact details, and layout, has been checked and is correct as submitted. Gprints is not responsible for any errors present in a file that has already received customer approval, since our review process checks technical print readiness, not the accuracy of the content itself. We encourage every customer to review their design carefully before giving final approval.
Content and Order Conduct
Gprints reserves the right to decline printing any content that is offensive, unlawful, or that infringes upon the intellectual property or copyright of a third party. In such cases, the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to submit a revised design.
Intellectual Property
Any templates, layouts, or design assets created by Gprints as part of an order remain the property of Gprints unless otherwise agreed in writing. Designs, logos, or content submitted by the customer remain the property of the customer, and Gprints will not reuse this material for any purpose beyond fulfilling the order without the customer's separate consent.
Limitation of Liability
Gprints strives to ensure every order is printed accurately and delivered as described. However, we are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, incorrect information provided by the customer, or approved designs that later require correction after production has begun.
Changes to These Terms
Gprints may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. Continued use of our website or services after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
