We collect only what we need to print your order and get it to you. When you create an account, this includes your name, email address, and phone number. When you place an order, we additionally collect the delivery name, phone number, email address, and full shipping address you provide at checkout.

When you contact us through the website or on WhatsApp, we keep a record of that conversation along with any details you share about your job, so our team can pick up where the last message left off.

We also store the design files you upload for an order, along with the product selections, quantities, and finishing options attached to it.

Design files you upload are stored securely and used solely to produce your order. Artwork, logos, and content you submit remain your property. Gprints will not reuse, resell, publish, or display your artwork for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order without asking you separately, which is the same commitment set out in our Terms and Conditions.

We retain your files after an order is completed so that reprints and repeat orders can be produced without asking you to send everything again. If you would prefer your files were removed once your order is delivered, tell us and we will delete them.

Your information is used to review and produce your order, to contact you about design or sizing queries before printing, to arrange delivery, and to answer questions about an order after it has been dispatched.

We may also use your contact details to send you information directly related to an order you have placed, such as a confirmation, a query about your artwork, or dispatch and tracking details. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Much of our customer communication happens on WhatsApp, including design queries, approvals, and dispatch updates. When you message us on +91 95108 37484, or use the contact form on this website, which opens WhatsApp with your enquiry prefilled, your message and phone number are visible to our team and are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms in addition to this policy.

We share your delivery name, address, and phone number with the courier service handling your shipment, because they cannot deliver your order without it. We share nothing further with them.

We may also share information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Gprints does not collect or store card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank details on its own servers. Where an online payment is taken, it is handled by a third-party payment provider, and only the outcome of the transaction, such as whether it succeeded and a reference number, is recorded against your order.

The website stores a small amount of data in your browser to keep you signed in between visits and to remember the contents of your cart and wishlist. This is necessary for the site to work and is not used to track you across other websites.

Order records and the information attached to them are kept for as long as needed to support reprints, respond to queries, and meet accounting and tax obligations. Account details are kept for as long as your account remains open. If you close your account or ask us to remove your data, we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. You can update most of your details yourself from the Account section of the website.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you give us, including restricting access to order and design files to the team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected and to address any issue promptly if one arises.

Our services are intended for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or what the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
